Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Group Navigator browser extension (the "Software"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Software. Group Navigator is an independent software utility intended for workflow organization.
2. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "As-Is": Group Navigator is a third-party tool that acts as a reading and organization panel over the browser interface. We assume no legal, financial, or any other liability for the actions you take using this Software.
Account Risk: Under no circumstances can Group Navigator, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any penalties, restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans applied to your Facebook account by Meta Platforms, Inc. Using any third-party tool on social networks involves an inherent risk, and you assume this risk entirely.
3. Third-Party Compliance
Group Navigator is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook).
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that how they use the Software complies with Facebook's Terms of Service. Group Navigator is not a spam bot and does not encourage violating posting limits imposed by third-party platforms. Abusing features to send unsolicited messages (spam) is done at your own risk and contradicts the Software's intended use.
By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that automated or semi-automated actions performed on third-party social platforms must be executed responsibly, in moderation, and with full respect to platform guidelines and policies.

Meta's algorithms change constantly, and any activity deemed suspicious by the platform's systems may still result in function blocks, restrictions, or account suspension. The Safety Guide does not offer 100% protection against algorithmic penalties.
4. Service Disruptions
The Software's operation depends on the HTML and CSS structure of Facebook pages. Because Facebook frequently updates its interface without prior notice, the Software may stop functioning correctly (partially or totally) at any time.
We commit to making reasonable efforts to release maintenance updates in such situations. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Downtime caused by third-party platform updates does not constitute a valid reason for subscription refunds.
5. No Guarantees of Commercial Results
Group Navigator is a time organization and efficiency utility. We do not guarantee any specific marketing results, such as: attracting a guaranteed number of candidates, lead generation, increased sales, or absolute visibility. The success of your campaigns depends exclusively on the quality of the offers and the copywriting you use.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Payments for Pro or Lite subscriptions are processed through secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected period. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will stop future billing but does not entail a refund for payments already processed for the current month, except where required by applicable law.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively through amicable negotiations, or otherwise, in the competent courts.
